I engross myself in art everyday. It is everywhere you look. I am always intrigued by the colors and forms of everything, especially evening landscapes.

I was blessed to grow up in this beautiful state with parents who exposed me to the sites and most importantly the beautiful colors that surround me. I often find myself pulling off the side of the road on the drive home from work to take photographs of the amazing colors of life as the sun sets behind the purples, blues, and greens of our mountains.

I feel as if colors speak to me and they tell me where they want to be placed on the canvas. I enjoy listening to them and watching the relationships that they develop with one another.

I like to evoke a feeling with the colors and brush strokes. I push the colors I see in a landscape to the extreme. My work as well as my feelings are intese and I contiune to develop them in each new painting.
